Getting started

Set up a follow-up that helps first-time buyers buy again.

Bitelio helps your store turn a first order into a second purchase. It uses purchases, customer answers and available product information to decide when to ask a question, offer help or suggest a next purchase.

Start with one program for your store. Each customer can follow a different journey; you do not need to create a program for every product.

Your first setup

  1. Connect Shopify and wait for the store history to finish syncing.
  2. Prepare your products and brand. Review the information you want Bitelio to use first; completing every product is not required.
  3. Set your commercial limits: permitted products, discounts, gifts, shipping and budget.
  4. Prepare your program, rehearse it and review the remaining requirements.
  5. Choose observation without sending, or activate a pilot when sending is available and the checks pass.

Saving a draft does not start customer messages. A pilot can send messages and create permitted offers; review its confirmation before starting.

Where to return

In BitelioWhat to do there
Second purchase → OverviewSee the next task and the program's status.
Second purchase → CustomersFollow an individual customer's answers, decisions and next actions.
Second purchase → ResultsReview repeat purchases and the comparison between groups.
Second purchase → SettingsPrepare the program, check requirements and manage its mode.
Products → InformationReview product knowledge. Recommendations controls commercial product information.
Customers → SurveysCreate and publish surveys; open the question bank.

Campaigns, workflows and segments remain available for your other marketing activity. The second-purchase program manages its own follow-up; avoid sending customers competing messages from another workflow.

Before inviting customers

Check the sender, brand preview, offer conditions and consent for the channels you will use. Availability depends on your plan, configuration and the project's rollout permissions. An upgrade alone does not activate sending.

If your store uses another CMS, use the custom integration guide. The API supports contacts, events and custom workflows; it does not currently run the same guided Shopify program for another CMS.
