Prepare your program

One store program, with a follow-up adapted to each customer.

Open Second purchase and follow the next action in Overview. The program is a set of rules for your store, not a fixed email sequence and not a separate campaign for every product.

1. Save a first draft

Choose your connected store, the sender and when the first experience check should happen. Review the privacy policy and the store's approved offers and limits. Brand and sender settings can come from the project.

The usual starting point covers your catalog. Bitelio can adapt questions, product help and recommendations to the customer's purchase and answers. Use product restrictions only when there is a commercial reason to exclude an item.

Under Limits and measurement, check how many customers can enter and the measurement period. The period is configurable from 14 to 180 days; 90 days is a measurement choice, not a promise that every customer receives 90 days of messages.

2. Check what is ready

Open Settings and follow the remaining tasks. They link to the relevant brand, sender, domain, product or store setting. After saving there, use the return link to come back to Second purchase.

You do not need approved information for every product. Approved information improves the help Bitelio can give; missing information must not be treated as a verified product claim. Review the products relevant to your first customers, and expand coverage later.

Rehearse the program before contacting buyers. Inspect the proposed question, help, channel and offer conditions. A rehearsal checks behavior; it does not establish conversion results.

3. Choose how to start

ModeWhat happens
DraftYou prepare the program. Customer follow-up has not started.
Observe without sendingEligible decisions are recorded for review. No customer messages or new offers are issued. Other readiness requirements still apply.
Activate pilotThe program may contact eligible customers and issue approved offers. Sending must be enabled for the project and its requirements must pass.
PausedThe program's follow-up is paused. Its customers and results remain available.

Only one program can run per project. To move from observation to a pilot, use Move to pilot: it prepares a new draft stage and preserves the previous stage's customers and results. Review and confirm the pilot separately. A started program keeps its measurement groups; it is not silently rewritten when you prepare the next stage.

In a pilot, Bitelio decides and executes the next step within approved limits; you do not approve each contact individually. Questions are selected from published versions according to context: AI does not invent a new live questionnaire for each buyer.

4. Follow what happens

In Customers, open an individual journey. A useful next step might be help with use, another question, replenishment or a relevant alternative. An expressed need to buy can matter before a calendar date; a return visit is not required for every follow-up.

A customer with unresolved doubts may need the store's help. Watch pending help requests and check the available channels. Evaluate results after enough customers have had time to buy again.
