Measure the result

Separate repeat purchases, attributed sales and evidence that Bitelio made a difference.

Open Second purchase → Results. Start with what happened to eligible customers, then check whether the comparison supports an improvement.

Read three different measures

MeasureWhat it tells youWhat it does not prove
Observed repeat purchasesCustomers placed a later qualifying order. That Bitelio caused every order.
Attributed or assisted purchasesAn order met the report's link, interaction or survey-assistance rules. That the buyer would not have ordered without the contact.
Difference between comparison groupsThe measured outcome differs between follow-up and the program's configured comparison.A guaranteed future uplift or a reliable conclusion from too few customers.

A standalone Bitelio survey can contribute to an assisted purchase within the five-day assistance window. That timing relationship does not establish causation. Review its associated orders where available. Do not add overlapping survey, campaign and program totals as if they were all different sales.

Let the journey mature

The measurement period is configurable. Ninety days can be useful for a store whose products take time to consume; another store may need a different period. Customers entering yesterday have not had the same opportunity to buy as those near the end of the period.

Review the number of eligible customers, the time they have had to respond and the uncertainty shown in the results. A small or unfinished comparison can be inconclusive. “No detectable difference” does not establish that the true effect is zero.

The program's comparison may receive baseline content or no program follow-up, depending on its saved setup. Check which one you chose. Do not confuse it with the separate project-wide marketing holdout, which has a different scope.

Check profitability as well as revenue

Review refunds, incentive costs, product costs, shipping and message costs where they are available to the report. An unknown cost means the margin is incomplete, not that the cost was zero. A rise in sales can still be unprofitable if incentives are too expensive.

The program's estimated cost fields support analysis; they do not set your subscription price or approve a charge. Billing is managed separately.

Decide what to change

Use Customers to inspect where people stop: missing help, no suitable product, a channel unavailable, a rejected incentive or no current intent. Improve the relevant step, prepare a new stage and retain the previous stage's results for comparison.

Rehearsals and fictional-customer simulations help find broken routes and weak messages. Their conversion and revenue outputs depend on assumptions. They are not observed sales, a forecast or evidence of real incremental revenue.
